In my heart this morning: Everyone needs someone to believe in them. A teacher, coach, mentor, boss, co-working, family member, friend or maybe even a stranger. Someone. To encourage them. Advise, if necessary. Speak bold truths.

Unspoken kindness

In my heart this morning: What would happen if everyone performed an act of kindness today without saying a word? The hungry would be fed, the thirsty satiated, the discouraged loved. Change begins one act at a time.

Energy travels …
